Summary

There is a substantial group of respondents in the 2013 SSA – 33% of all respondents – who, when given the explicit opportunity to say so, indicate that they have not decided how they will vote in the independence referendum.

Who are these undecided voters?

This briefing explores whether they are simply the “usual suspects”, the kinds of people who typically take less interest in or have firm views about politics, or whether the referendum is apparently giving some voters particular difficulty in deciding how to vote.
